I think I might have found a error quarter that's unknown I could not find any information on this one 2009 Puerto Rico missing clad layer on both sides

    You will be able to post pictures in a couple of days (forum protocol). When you do, we will be able to assess the condition of your coin. However, I will say, that likely it is environmental damage/staining, rather than missing a clad layer. Try to weigh the coin as well. We see quarters frequently that have spent time in the soil and have a copper appearance. Cheers, RickO

    Almost certainly environmental damage from being buried.
