    cents are plated with copper over zinc. What you have there is a plating problem not a "error", to my eyes.

    What year is that? If it's a Zincoln, it could just be buckling of the plating.

    Really hard what to say exactly what it is with those photos.

    Looks like just another zinc Lincoln that is staring to corrode. No collector interest or value.

    It looks like possible cracked dye that left cud doesn't seem to be peeling or flaking I'll try to get better pic

    A cud is caused by a die break at the rim. I don't see a cud.

    I agree that it is likely a plating anomaly.

    It's a common, minor copper plating blister.

    Another vote for plating blister. Poke it with a stick. It'll probably give when you do.
