Plating blisters?

Hello I have a 1944 Philadelphia minted Lincoln cent with with appears to be multiple linear plating scratches horizontal and vertical on the reverse

    Photos are needed for the best responses.

    Cents prior to 1982 were not plated so you don't have a plating problem.

    Could be damage, could be a lamination. We'll need photos.

    What are "linear plating scratches"? Never heard that term before.

    It is probably damage of some sort. Photos are needed.
