Nice find. Would that be considered a die break? Cud?

Whose joeycoins? Lol I'm new here. Collected for a while. I just no it's a die mistake. How do I mention people in comments? Lol

That is what I see it as. A retained cud from a die break just along the rim.

That is caused by a slight Misaligned Die striking error (MAD). It isn't off enough to cause the coin to have any extra premium.

I think it to be very neat and what a great eye to catch it. Congrats and thanks for sharing.

It's a rim cud. Nice but not much of a premium.

That is a good one, definitely a keeper.

Nice find... Most would overlook this anomaly. It will not command much (if any) numismatic premium, but good for an 'education' file and discussion. Cheers, RickO
