My last coin purchase was a 1912 Matte proof 63 RB Lincoln in one of these old ANACS holders. Coin loks like at least a 64 to me.

Currently I have 3 of the original ANACS gold reverse holder coins. I must say all 3 are premium for the grade and funny thing is all are graded 63.

What do they say buy the coin not the holder? Many people drink the kool aid when it comes to only wanting PCGS coins. I have seen cleaned and problem coins in every holder.

I am attempting to eventually get a type set of these old ANACS holders. However they are kind of tough to locate so I suppose at some future time they could be viewed like PCGS "Doily" holders are.

Although I'm not looking to sell, this BST listing inspired me to pull out my old blue label Gen 1.0 ANACS holders:

Including two consecutive serial number sets:

But these Gen 3's and the Gen 7.0 are far more rare than the 1.0's:
