First change received in 2022

Nothing to write home about but I thought it was pretty cool to receive a 21 year old coin, in Gem mint state gleaming white condition. Someone undoubtedly cashed in their state quarters locally, jmo. The 2021 quarter boasts some really nice reflective fields on the obverse. I can read print from about 5 inches away. Happy New Year to everyone.

Circulating change can often produce interesting specimens. I always check my change. Cheers, RickO

I have seen this same thing in change and especially while searching rolls of quarters. As the economy goes south, rolls that were taken from banks are now needed to fund the families daily budget.

These are two quarters that I just pulled out of rolls from the bank in the last few weeks. It's hard to believe that no one thought they were worth rescuing from circulation. B)
