In my opinion it would grade Poor 01. It is very, very well worn and seems to be original. No damage other than the wear.
Date and mint mark still clear, but not much else.
Looks like a Poor1. Hopefully it won't get a gold CAC sticker.

I'm not a lowballer....but there's a lot more meat that can be worn away from that coin and still be identifiable. Fr2 for me also.

I'm in the PO01 camp. However, I've seen some FR02 seated liberties that I would have strongly believed to be poors.
It's a FR-02 all day long. Next!
