I feel dumb, but can't figure out how to answer an existing post.

Click on 'Quote' to respond to a particular post.

For some reason, not working for me.
When you are logged in you should see an empty area below the on going thread. This boxed are has several icons that are options for Bold or Italics text, paragraph option and a few others. All you actually have to do is start typing. When finished click on Post Comment.
