I'd be staring out the window all day long on garbage day if I had the prospect of seeing a trash tank instead of a garbage truck.
I love how these scammers always refer you to someone else. They must have been told that there is less legal liability that way (which there isn't). And I assume it's all the same person on any case, unless the ring leader pays commission to the cohorts who identify the marks.
