Certified Counterfeit 1899 Barber Quarter article by Jack D. Young

Interesting post on CoinWeek regarding an authenticated 1899 Barber Quarter.
Keep your eyes open and keep reporting coins.

Thank you for the post @Zoins ; there was much discussion in this forum and a lot of help from members here and a friend in the Barber Coin Collectors Society on this one!
