Discrepancy on 2021 Morgan Dollar

I just received a Morgan D in the mail from the US Mint this weekend. Upon inspection, it has what appears to be a punch marks or blow holes under the D in "United" and under the last A in "America" on the reverse side. I am new to coin collecting so I'm not really sure what the process is. Does this affect the value of the coin? Should I be asking for a return/replacement?

You will not get a replacement because they are sold out. They will melt your coin and you’ll get your money back. If it were me, I would keep it and not worry about it. The value of these coins is nominal anyway.
Pictures please. It’s very helpful for those of us who are learning how to grade as the more examples one views the better one becomes… hopefully 🙃

Pop the coin out of the capsule for photos. You might get better focus that way, and any stuff on the plastic won't interfere with the picture.

I think they are minor strike thru errors. Apparently quite a few of these coins have problems. Some posted here have larger strike thrus as well.
Yeah, minor strike through.

It's a shame to pay all that money for these things and have a bunch of them turning out with worthless strike thrus that are more of a distraction than they are of value.

Has anyone seen blue paint? On the Peace dollars?
Don't quote me on that.
Blue paint. Well that’s at least 10 different problems noted. Someone is going to pay🙀

I cannot determine what may have caused those two 'indents'...the one on the left (as viewed) also appears to have a gouge attached, while the right one is clean. Strange... and on a new coin like this... Cheers, RickO
I'm thinking planchet flaws or improper alloy mix, the round one under the A sure looks like a gas bubble. IMO. Peace Roy

Hello, I'm new to this site and I'm hoping to get some advice on this coin I received recently from the US Mint, it seems it has 2 black dots (flaws) on the reverse and I don't know if i should return it and risk not getting a replacement because they are sold out at the mint. Thank you in advance!

I don't think that is blue paint. I think they are blue threads. One of my Morgans has a couple threads I need to remove.
