What coins have a unique uncirculated specimen?

This 1783 Chalmers Shilling is the only uncirculated one described in over 150 years!

1797 $1 Small Letters

I am sure there are more in the gold series .

The 1805 half dime was thought to be unique in UNC ( PCGS MS64 ) and that coin was on the market for 750K or so . There is now a second MS ( PCGS MS62 ) certified .

Many do, but not all. For example, off center business strikes tend to be common. Wrong planchets when the error planchet is smaller than the die are also common, but wrong planchets when the planchet is larger than the die tend to be very rare.

There was a period of time where this coin appeared less at auction than the famous 1802. I don't know if that is still true but what an underrated rarity. Current guide value in F15 of 1.5X 15 and 16 stars, a steal if you can find a nice one.

Also heard of rumors of an overseas coin in a British museum in mint state, but as far as I know just a rumor.
