Toned SLQ New Purchase.

Nothing too crazy, but you don't see these with color every day... Especially not in old holders. One of the last holes left in the 20th century portion of my NGC No-Line/No-Barcode Fatty Type Set with intact holos/gold foils.

I'll probably upgrade it someday, but for now, it's dandy.

1924-D, by the way, I know the dates tough to read thanks to the die crack and heavy toning around the date.

I like the color and I always like the old fatty slabs.

    Nice pickup!

I prefer the obverse over the reverse, but dang, it's a nice original 24-D. Well done.

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

The Peacock on the reverse sure is different.

    Spectacular!!

I'm guessing not a FH, but should be at the very least an ms64.

What's the grade? I'm guessing AU58. Looks like a bit of wear especially on the obv.

That is cool. Especially in the old fatty.

Too dark for me, but good detail.... I would dip it, briefly, in a mild dip... get rid of the 'sneeze spots' on the reverse. Cheers, RickO
