Welcome to the forum. Impossible to tell anything from those pictures, will have to be much better.
Blurry damaged cent?
Difficult to see in the pics, but the coin likes like it suffered major damage. The right side looks like there is a big lump of solder or something else adhered to the surface. The tolerance for a copper cent is 2.98-3.24 grams, so foreign material would explain the extra weight
Whatever caused the damage and extra material, it didn't happen at the mint, so its not an error
@srrsvette .... Welcome aboard. The pictures do not enable us to give you a detailed response. That being said, it is not a mint error... It is Post Mint Damage (PMD) of some sort. No numismatic value. Cheers, RickO

I might speculate that this penny could have been in someone’s pocket before they were struck by a train.
May be prudent to wash your hands after handling. ;-)
Reminds me of a great deal I got on a seemingly nice Skilsaw from the local thrift store a few years ago.
After getting it home, and closer inspection, I noticed blood spattered all over the thing!
Cleaned it up and used it a few times but it never felt right again.
My imagination ran wild with stories of that saw, the blood and what ‘may’ have happened.
Likewise- with that penny of yours.

I think that's actually a russet potato in the OP's pictures - I recognize the dark spots as dirt.
