    Looks like a solid 66.

    after looking at many silver Washington quarters, I could see that coin in any holder from MS64 through MS67+ depending on luster which pictures do not readily show.

    Is it in Silver65's registry set?

    Some obverse nicks but clean reverse may hold it to a net 66
