On 08/10/21, the pre-sale date, the Mint estimated that they would start shipping 21XH on 11/15/21.

You are citing the product page. And, yes, you are correct. On the pre-sale date, and even now, it states that shipping will begin in October.
I was referencing the information presented during check-out on 8/10/21. Cannot post a screenshot of it for 21XH, because I did not take the time to capture one. However, the system typically provides an estimated in-stock date for items not currently on the shelf during check-out. It did in this case, and it was 11/15/21.
If you are interested in seeing an example of an estimated in-stock date during check-out, go to this product page, and add 21DA to your cart. The expected in-stock information will be in red.
Time will tell which estimate was more accurate.
Two questions...
Did it recently flip to processing from backorder or was it always processing. Also is there a payment method in the order? I had a order show processing for the longest time with no payment method and it was cancelled.
