How Do We Report Scammers on This Site?

PayPal'd a member here $50 for a card he never sent; he initially indicated that he would issue a refund but hasn't responded to three subsequent emails asking for a status update.

    Rule 4) Be smart about your transaction(s). This forum is merely a venue we make available for independent sellers and buyers, but CU is not responsible for what does and/or does not happen during your exchange.

    Unfortunately, there's no mechanism here for that kind of transaction (gone bad).

    If you made the transaction thru "friends & family?" I believe there's no mechanism.

    Was the member a "stranger" to our forum (i.e. a small amount of posts)?
