Friday Metal Porn: PMs that let you know they're PMs

If you've followed metal porn over the years, you probably know that I like coins--especially legal tender coins--that actually tell you what they're made of (purity, weight, etc.). The more information the better: where they're mined, their weight, the source, the purity, the date.

So that's this week's theme: Coins or bullion that tell you their weight, the purity, and anything else (source, date, etc).
But feel free to post anything that grabs your eye. That's really what metal porn is about!

@taxmad 's silver vial post in the last metal porn reminded me of those, @Meltdown. And I almost asked you to post it.
    Those are cool.

    Thank you!
I'm a "box of 20" collector--which means that my coin collection theoretically consists of only 20 pieces. But I'm also a stacker. So I get to scratch my coin collecting itch by investing in more interesting bullion. These pieces above are great examples.

I stack bullion... and I do have a couple of error gold coins. I stacked gold before the price rocket... sold a couple of pieces at peak, so what is left is pure profit. Not buying now. Cheers, RickO

    I like the gold @Weiss

Was at a coin show a few years back and a guy had a few of the large “4 pound Aramco pieces” and a couple of the smaller “sovereign” size ones as well. He said his uncle was stationed in Saudi Arabia around the time and they would use them as poker chips!

I’ve got to be the contrarian here, and O know @piecesofme would be a little peeved at this one.

I just picked it up today… How about PMs you know are PMs but that don’t tell you what they are…

It's all about what the people want...

My Intaglio purchase came today. Just 9 oz but my first from them.

Another example of how I'm able to stretch bullion to coins. I've got MacNeil's original 1901 Pan American Exhibition medals in brozne, silver, and gold (gilt). So what harm is there in having Intaglio's medal version in pure silver ;)

Nice. I looked recently and it wasn't available. Today I got a notification that they are now back in stock.
