PCGS Contacted Me Thanks! - PCGS First Strike Website Doesn't have Bullion Cut-off Dates

It's simple yet infuriatingly difficult to receive an authoritative answer.
https://www.pcgs.com/firststrike
this web page is comprehensive for CATALOG Mint Products but DOES NOT contain BULLION product dates
further, PCGS customer service does not know the difference between Bullion and Products Sold Off the Catalog page.
I am repeatedly quoted cut-off dates for CATALOG products instead of BULLION - "They are told to use the web page"
(one person told me "this one is the silver coin, you want the bullion"!!)
They look for bullion on the web page but cannot find it! (iit's not there)
One person told me to contact someone like JM Bullion and ask them.
ISSUE
I have a dispute regarding first strike cut-off dates with a PCGS dealer. They forgot to indicate first strike on my sub.
Simple? Well, to show liability I have to show FIRST STRIKE eligibility.
But PCGS does not know!
ISSUE
PCGS Customer service has no idea what the difference between a bullion and numismatic product is!
They have no proof of the Bullion First Strike Date on the PCGS web site!
ISSUE
I cannot prove liability. Yet my pre-sale from an Authorized Purchaser indicated the first week of April Ship Date.
Substantiation
bullion coins with first strike
https://www.pcgs.com/cert/42222950

Surely, some divination of first strike eligibility can be determined from these certs and thus the subs containing the certs.

I'l give the "for instance" I gave to cust. serv.
monster boxes of bullion ASEs come out in January. it is likely to be cut off in Early Feb.
however, try to find the bullion ASE dates on the PCGS FS web page.
I beg you. put this Bullion info on the web page.
also, as San Fran and Philly also mint Bullion ASE besides West Point, there is a chance for a need for 3 separate FS entries there.
It certainly is applicable information.
As consumers, we can purchase raw bullion coins.
For example: the 2021, 1.0 oz., ASE, T2 is APMEX #229429.
We really should have the cutoff dates in the event that we want to submit for FS as 'Collectors Club' members.
Wow... This sure gets complicated.... However, I do understand your reasoning. Good luck with the resolution. Cheers, RickO

Great news! I hope that you can now resolve your issue with the dealer.
If you can share, did PCGS say anything about adding FS cutoff dates for bullion to the schedule?
Well?
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
my mission was to obtain info for one issue.

I did not press for change to the web page, which is unlike me.
