Die Break/crack?

  It looks like a planchet issue, something like delamination.

  Looks like a common die crack across the bust.

  I'm in the die crack camp. Looks to have 2 thicker raised areas in the "crack"

  Both.
  A die crack and a couple small die breaks.

  With a "die crack", no metal is missing from the die.
  With a "die break", at least some bits of metal have left the die.

  That type of die crack/break is relatively common on Lincoln Cents and many other coins. It is a minor curiosity, but has no significant value.
