@WQuarterFreddie.... It appears to be a 'struck through', though small, and likely will not garner any significant numismatic premium. If you wish to have it slabbed, it can serve as an authentic example for your 'learning library'.

I too have a 2021s Tuskegee Airmen PCGS "Strike Through" graded Quarter. Mine did reach a high grade ms 67. $225 in the PCGS Price Guide. This is priced with the Error aspect NOT included. Hopefully, your W Quarter error Strike Through receives a high grade as well?

The 2020-W American Samoa is an MS64 Struck Through Obverse Error coin!
