I seen this Accugrade slab than I seen the Washington quarter. Is this the DDO variety. Would you guys agree about the motto being doubled?

There are several minor DDOs for the date, with none being of much consequence. Here's a picture of mine. I don't see any doubling at all on your coin, not even one of the minor ones.

I can rely on my trusty Scope! Here is what I seen when I picked this quarter up. Maybe not as intense as yours but certainly Doubled.

While squeezing, The coin slipped out then down and scratched.
I just wanted it to crack instead it spread apart. If anything, place the holder Horizontal. Not vertical.

It's one of Hagar's absurd qualifications. It's totally meaningless. He established ACG many years ago.
The decrease in the value from adding the scratch was offset by the increase from cracking it out.
