The holder & coin look good to me.
If I were buying I would double check it by Vam.
It looks like all business strikes should be Vam 3.
The doubled reverse should be easy to see if you have the coin in hand or better photos.
Looks good to me. The date position is correct for an authentic 1894. There was only one obverse die used in Philly that year. Modified ones from the branch mints are easily spotted by checking the date position.
I do not have the coin in hand only the picture. I don’t have any reason to question it. I know there are people on here that can tell if the holder is right so I thought I would ask.
