A lot of speculation about the Mint's description:
"For the 2021 coin, the United States Mint returned to its original historical assets in 2020 to render a closer reflection of Saint-Gaudens’ original vision and detail."

If I am not mistaken, all of the 2021 T2 Proof-W AGE releases on 07/29/21 included this wording on their respective 'product pages'.
I went to read the mint description of this offering in detail and it seems the only difference in this offering versus individually purchasing the type 1 and type 2 is the "Limited quantity of hand signed Certificates of Authenticity (COA) by the Director of the Mint.". Is that truly the only difference (and the packaging of course)?
The value in this might only come from the label on the plastic from our host for collectors
100% positive transactions with SurfinxHI, bigole, 1madman, collectorcoins, proofmorgan, Luke Marshall, silver pop, golden egg, point five zero,coin22lover, alohagary, blaircountycoin,joebb21
I won't know till the last minute if I buying this 1/10 ounce set. I'm leaning in as of now 'cus it will be the only 2021 gold I'll be getting, if I do the plunge.
I'll post in this thread if I do. Seems to be the only thread covering this double set. Advise me if there is another

So the only thing really special about this set is a hand-signed certificate of authenticity? I already have the type 1 and 2 tenth oz proofs

Part of the total mintage but not the product limit... although they screwed up on the Type 1

If I am not mistaken, there is also an issue with the T2.
"Mintage Limit" for 0.10 oz. = 20,250 Link
This is fully consumed by the "product limits" of:
~ the individual release (21EEN) = 10,000 Link
~ the four-coin set (21EFN) = 10,250 Link
If my math is correct, the current "mintage limit" of 20,250 does not account for the 5,000 coins associated with 21XK.
I am still confused. The 3 products' total "Product Limit" is greater than the Mintage Limit 20250?
One-Tenth Ounce Gold Proof
Mintage Limit: 20,250
Product Limit: 10,000
Four-Coin Set:
Mintage Limit: None
Product Limit: 10,250
Two-Coin Set Designer Edition:
Mintage Limit: None
Product Limit: 5,000
It really worries me when I see apparent arithmetic errors from an entity that is supposed to be all about counting and controls.

For example, see this screenshot from 21EEN:

This likely refers to the changes to the obverse that were part of the transition to the T2 design.
Yes, they screwed it up

Someone buys the LE sets every year. There is money in the packaging.
