Okay, it's been 24 hours....Time to post the grade.
Believe it or not, it is 'only' a PCGS MS 64 with no FH designation.
I saw this coin on a dealer's website, about a week a ago, and I never really got it out of my head.
After researching the price over the last 10 years, I determined that it was a great deal, especially with such a strong strike, so I went back and purchased it.
According to PCGS CoinFacts, in 2011, it was worth 25% more than it is today and it peaked out at 40% higher in 2013. It is currently at a 10 year low and I only paid about 5% over the current PCGS market price. Given the historic price data and the condition of the coin, I felt that this was an outstanding deal.
All shield rivets are full, full date, and the head looks pretty darned GOOD....I see an earhole, full facial features and decent hair detail. I have seen slightly fuller heads but not much.
I buy FHs, when I can get them, but I like to cherry pick the nice examples, when the difference in price of FHs versus non-FHs is THOUSANDS of $$$.
I am more than happy with this piece. Thank you all for the great comments and thanks for playing!
P.S. I am now 71% complete on my SLQ Date Set and only need four more coins!!
Please educate me on the technical reasons (marks, strike, hairlines, etc.) that knocked this coin down to a 64. There is one scratch on the right reverse field (assuming it's on the coin). Other that that I'm no seeing anything that's a distraction.
It's a very attractive coin.

You have a very nice coin but not close to a full head. The 3 leaves are not there. Here are a couple of mine. One is a 64 full head and the other is a 63 full head. Strong full heads with complete shields and 5 toes also. These are about as good a strikes I have seen. The luster is subdued because the first one is a scan and the second one is taken with a crappy point and shoot camera with poor lighting.
The Hairline around the forehead looks a little weak on yours as compared to the "just made it" coin.
On your coin there is no distinction of where the forehead meets the hairline.
However it is very close, close enough that I would submit. For $35.00 I would roll the dice if nothing else the grade could jump.

Thanks for the clarification.
Yes, it would be worthwhile for an upgrade even if it didn't FH.
I'm real happy with the coin in any event.

I really don’t know the series at all so I’m not sure if this is worn dies, PMD, or what happens on exit. But if you notice the denticles are complete all the way around except from about 11:00 to 1:00 where they look almost scraped.
Taking a closer look at Liberty’s head I can make out the hairline and that it indeed existed at some point.
Here’s my MS65FH PCGS w/CAC (CAC pop = 11). I picked this up 1-1/2 weeks ago. Yes, there are a couple of Carbon spots, but it seems like high grade FH coins of this date have one problem or another. Additionally, the first digit "1" is notoriously absent on most 1921's, as the dies simply never brought that digit up to comparatively good relief. I looked at photos of this coin from a 2006 Heritage auction, and the carbon spots were identical then as now, so apparently they’re stable.
Despite the carbon spots, I feel this is overall the nicest one I've seen. Not only is the head very full, but so is the shield, not only with its rivets, but all details of the shield as well. It has booming blazing luster. (Please don’t say this is the same thing as someone asking Mrs. Lincoln, “So other than the assasination, how was the play?”).

Your MS63 shows some very heavy clashing.

This is not real close to FH since it’s missing all 3 leaves and the brow to forehead separation.
This is what I assume holds it back.
