Some of the Beckett submitters, actually use a cleanser to remove fingerprints off modern cards, and resubmit.
They make a living purchasing cards with lower surface grades, clean the fingerprints off, and resubmit.

More power to them.You don't need a cleanser to get fingerprints off, just a microfiber cloth. I use one to clean the fingerprints off my cards because otherwise I'm basically submitting a CSI kit.
