Last paragraph: Clerical error. Now-a-days called Mechanical error.
I have never encountered one of those inserts.... Though most of my NGC slabs were acquired on the secondary market. Cheers, RickO

It is on parchment and I am guessing by the logo it is from the embossed logo/fatty era. Maybe someone will know for sure.
