Nice coin... and from the obverse image, well graded. However, I always ask, why cross it? Well, if for sale, I can understand that....No doubt a few bucks more in our hosts slab. Cheers, RickO

Not always. Those old ANACS slabs go for decent money relative to PCGS, oftentimes at par.
The real value here would be crossing it then getting it CAC approved.

We are looking at an image. We need to see the reverse. The reverse has the potential to limit a grade and prevent a coin from crossing. I wouldn't mind seeing the entire ANACS slab- looks to be the last generation of the White slabs which are just slightly larger than the earlier generations...Likely was graded around 20 -24 years ago.
I like the coin. Good luck with your decision. There currently is just enough information here to make a recommendation one way or the other.

VERY nice coin. Can you share your reasoning for wanting to cross?

Why? You could ask, but I would never crack it and try running it through again. Those that know coins will know the coin - they don't need the plastic or label to tell them what it is worth.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

True, but most potential purchasers will pay more in the right plastic. I would not mess with it since that plastic is desirable to many.

Is the ANACS holder one with a serial number containing letters & numbers? If so, those are the ones most desirable.

From that single pic I’d say it has a good shot.
But keep her in that old slab. ⭐️
Not sure if would cross at it's current ANACS' grade but it would definitely get a * from NGC. Beautiful rainbow.
Yup
Let’s see the reverse though
65 at worst from the pic
I’d leave it as is
From obverse photo its minimum 65
Based on the obverse image, why not?!!

I like it just fine in the old small ANACS slab.

Need to see the whole enchilada.
Is there an O mm on the reverse? Lol
With that strike, I’d be very surprised. I’d guess it’s a San Francisco piece.
Cross at any grade? Yes.

Looks fine to me id leave it alone very pretty!!
Based on this image....yes
Yes, it should cross to PCGS at 66. No, I wouldn't cross it.
I have a video of it but can't figure out how to upload it. I cracked my other ANACS toner out for ease of storage and the TV. This would be the same.
