Can you imagine the treasures this has seen. It is listed on Craig List Buffalo. Its not mine and not hear to sell but can you fathom what coins have been in these drawers. I just posted some drawer labels.

Love it
At least it's elevated on a table this time. Can you imagine having to constantly bend down to access them lower drawers? My back hurts just looking at the pictures......
But indeed - very cool.....
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
That would be a neat piece to own. How much were they asking?

A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Awesome.
so from items like this and similar is where we get cabinet friction?
How old is this cabinet you think?
Was there an EARLY AMERICAN MINT label?
I'd guess that it's 100-150 years old and is among the nicest U.S. collector coin cabinets that I can recall seeing. European ones are more common, but maybe not here.
"Late American Mint" might very well have held 1921 dimes and half dollars in high grade as well as other rare keys.
@Meltdown They were asking $1250. There's alot more pictures in the listing. I don't know if we're allowed to post the link to Craigslist but its pretty easy to find.
