I get the idea we may have dealt with this one before, the holder with felt tip marker writing seems familiar?
Seller has 0-Feedback.
The pictures are not near good enough for anyone really wanting to sell a coin like this (Likely this seller doesn't know that).
When I started out on ebay 21 years ago I had a few really nice items that I wanted to sell, but I knew better than to make them my first rodeo, so I bought & sold a few crappy things and got some positive feedback built up first.
The problem I see with this coin is the V.D.B. on the reverse has two points that are WRONG!
The period following the V. is to low and the period following the D. is tucked to close to the "D" enough to make it a Non Genuine San Fransisco Minted 09SVDB.

And that's NOT the way to EVER sale anything of any value ANYWHERE, and its even MORE TABOO to try and sell coins of any value on Ebay with crappy pictures.
What's worse is the people that bid and buy these!!

Though subtle that looks like a die marker of a counterfeit on the left wheat ear!
The "E" in United has an out of shape bottom leg, its curled up!
Notice the EXTRA long (to high) leg on the "N" in UNUM!
The pictures are to bad to tell anything about the mint mark!

I'm gonna have to give you a lesson on how to write a disrespectful message.
If I posted what I send to sellers like this I wouldn't be a member here.
Ebay has warned me a bunch of times but much like all their other rules, they don't enforce them.

Experts from any business will not want their business name used in this way.
Also, while certain posters work for some business, usually opinions given are to be taken as that individual’s opinion.

Well, I never gave actual names, (Heritage coin auction is well known in the public) But I do NOW see your point.
My bad!! I had already decided that in the mentioned case, I'll have no more input to the seller or other wise. This one will go wherever it goes, ebay has removed at lest two of there listings in the past, he's changed his user name at lest once, this is the third time he's listed the same coin, so, your right! its someone else's problem and it should have been left to them.

It's best if ebay removes the listing rather than the seller, if they do it enough times they might NARU the account.
