    If enough examples from the die can be found, the OP's coin could well be considered the discovery piece for the "Seasonal Allergies" variety.

    There is an 1872 $10 (I think now in a PCGS PR64CAM holder) that first appeared in Wolfson (?) and later a mid-80's Stacks sale (or two or ?). It had an deep long curlicue obverse field lint mark that reached from almost the nose to almost the stars.
    More than problematic :o
    It became known to frequent auction attendees as the "Elephant Booger" Ten.

    The provenance includes the poorly-curated "I Brake for Train Wrecks" Matte Proof Gold Type Set and the macabre "Property of a Suicidal Gentleman - Part Deux"

    Ok, you asked for it: here’s my “booger Bust Quarter”. While you may laugh (it’s ok to hit “lol” below), I bought it as a 64 with a CAC, and I liked this coin so much, I sent it back to PCGS via Reconsideration. Despite the booger, they liked it too, and added on a “+”. Since the whole grade number didn’t change, for just $3 (current pricing is now $5), CAC automatically reapplied the sticker.

    This is the only one of this date graded MS64+ by PCGS (only 8 finer).
