I would choose TO. He is probably the best or second best receiver I ever watched play. I understand all of the criticism, and the decreased value perhaps from his personality. But even with all that, I think his play means that he rises above.
Edited to add: Even at third best, maybe, I still would choose him.

Mr Page was a beast. But I'm a bleeding blue Cowboy and Michael was one of the main spokes in that Cowboy wheel back on those 90's teams that won 3 Lombardis. But mad respect for Mr Page in my book. Always loved watching him and Mr Eller wreaking their havoc as long as it wasn't to the Cowboys.

Page is the correct answer.
Irvin was amazing, and despite his accolades might be underrated. In my opinion, his numbers don't necessarily reflect his all-around contributions. Living here in Cowboys country the last many years, I've come to have an appreciation for Irvin's game, as well as his on the field mental make-up that just let him dominate opponents and inspire teammates.
But Page is the best 88 to ever do it the NFL for sure.
As a sidenote, there is often fun debate about the best 88 as a Cowboy, Irvin or Drew Pearson.

I won't even go into how many pro bowl and all pro teams Tony Gonzalez was on, but add Alan
Page and Micheal Irvins' totals together and that's roughly the answer.
I'm okay with Alan Page number 1, but Michael Irvin isn't even in the discussion.
Gonzalez had way more yards than Irvin and he was a tight end.
Page 1 Gonzalez 2 or Gonzalez 1 and Page 2.Buck Buchanan is the correct choice for number 86, not even debatable.

The real discussion is between Page and Gonzalez, but nobody except me even mentions Chiefs players
