    I have been playing around with my "coin edge photography" setup. I'm still trying to get the lighting right (and dust eliminated), but what do you think of this one (yes, a thread derail)?

    The goal is to get a bit of space between the coin and the image of the edge . . . . . . .

    Many great coins posted. Here's a proof-like 1944-S JN with 4 die cracks, 3 obv, 1 rev.
    Perhaps the #1 1944-S in the world.......IMO, of course. ;)
