Regular subs get true views as a part of the grading. Grade usually post right before the sub is shipped back in the quality check stage, but you should get an email when the grades are posted.
Just keep checking for updates. They will normally send an email to alert you that the grades are ready. My understanding is that all gold shield now gets a trueview image included. The images may lag behind your grades being posted.
i hope they still get grades out before coins are shipped even though the mistakes are the exception, it is still less work and money for everyone to just get it right and if that is us helping to check over the coins before being shipped, that has still got to be the best way to go about it?
@Liquidated .... Welcome aboard.... And Wow... If I saw my package delivered that looked like that, everyone at my P.O. and the Post Master General would hear about it. Cheers, RickO

Wow.
Did all of your coins make it back to you?
Were any of the 'coins/slabs' damaged?

Grades will post in the QA stage. I have one in this stage and it is very.. "refresh"-ing.
They can spend a fair amount of time in the encapsulation stage.

Whenever the grading is finished, you will get an email with a link to your grades.
I've had an EXPRESS submission ATS that has apparently been sitting in receiving for 4 weeks.
