65 SMS dime

Granted this isn't very pronounced and the whole reverse isn't on the obverse but this is my first coin like this and I'm pretty pumped. If you look closely there is an oak leaf visible behind his head and right near his eye you can see some olive leaf and some letters. The reverse just shows the outline of head

My first guess would be clashed dies. You see this a lot on Mercury dimes.
Yes-a nice die clash is what it is. It happens when there is no planchet (coin blank) between the dies and they clash together, leaving parts of the design on the dies, obverse on the reverse die and vice versa.
