GTG Ike style. **Grade Revealed**

Guess what ANACS graded this in the 1980's. Remember they graded the obverse and reverse separately.

MS 65/65 ....seems like it took a lot back then to get to 67 (and typically 66 was not commonly seen on those certificates from what I recall)
I'd guess ANACS would go MS66/65

I'm waiting for the day when a collector chimes in and says "Hey the name on the cert is me and I want my coin back"

I would say 64/65.....I have at least one of these old ANACS holders... maybe two. It has been so long since I looked at it, not sure what coin is in it. Purchased it as a novelty years ago. If I have a second one, it came in a lot buy I made in the late nineties.... I remember an odd holder in that group... might have been something else. Cheers, RickO

Good guesses everyone. MS65/67
Wow, Toning must have played a bigger factor back then. Ike's hair detail is wonderful for a 65

It looks like some haze developed after the photo was taken.
Or can you detect any on the certificate pics?
Looks nicer than a 65 on the obverse.
Undergraded or is there a good reason we can't see?

For some reason my lighting and photo really shows that haze. It's much less in person.
