Need Help On Grading Issue

I am new to PCGS, and sent in 15 gold coins to be graded.
On 1 submission, I see the following about 2 coins sent in
(California gold coins)
It states on line 1 and 2 the following:
No Number & No Service/Not Holdered ??
What does that mean - see attached .....

If you want to know for sure, you will have to contact PCGS.
That said, there is a series of six articles titled "No Grade Coins" on the PCGS website.
Part III covers coins they will not holder.
Edited to add:
"No Service" on your 'order details' seems to align with "Code 96 - No Service" in the PCGS article.
So, it appears that @jmlanzaf, @TomB, and @PerryHall have probably answered your question.
Namely, PCGS does not presently grade the submitted coins because they are likely tokens or medals.
Might the two California gold coins sent in actually have been privately produced medals (tokens or novelties)? We have folks ask quite often about California gold "coins" that are actually latter date tokens. They can be deceptive if one is not familiar with them. In general, if the piece has a bear on it or if it does not have a denomination clearly written on it then it is a medal, token or novelty and PCGS will not certify those.

All legitimate California small denomination gold coins are listed in the Breen-Gillio book which is the standard reference book for this series and each coin is assigned a BG number. Your two coins are most likely replicas or tokens which are not in the BG book. Can we get pics of these two coins?

Check the PCGS Coin Facts web site. There's a section for small California gold coins that lists every BG coin and includes pics, population, and pricing information for each coin.

tokens that are well known, so not holdered. Because they are not fakes/counterfeit, you should not be charged for them. That's both halves of the explanation
Im betting these are those californa fractional tokens, that look gold, and PCGS dos'nt do anything with those, they are literally worthless, therefore no catalog number.
They come in all the time in the shop, at least once a week, folks thinking they are the real deal.
That is disappointing.... However, you can take them to a jeweler with a Sigma machine, and they can tell you if at least they are real gold... and determine purity. Good luck, Cheers, RickO
