I just wanted to share my set now that it's been completed. I have a single AU example but still very proud with where I've gotten. The MS64 1937 was a tough one to get and I never want to do that again! Lots of stories to go along with these but I am happy to be done with it. (for now)

Very nice. Good thing you didn't do Florins or Half Crowns. People don't realize how tough Irish Free State and Eire silver coins are to find in unc., or near unc.

I bought a PCGS 65 1934 half crown out of Heritage a few years ago and had to pay up, there were I think 3 other dates that went for moon money.
Thanks! My parents helped me make the frame and I think it turned out great. Next project is Irish Halfpennies. Not the modern ones but the ones between 1736-1782. About 25 coins if I am just going by year.
This exactly. I really don't think I'd be motivated enough to chase Florins or Halfcrowns. Not without an substantial raise anyway haha.

That is correct. They work as the scaffolding. Fit nice and snugly.
This always amazes me. By all means I thought I would have those dates in 64/65 before the mid 30s dates and they have proved almost more elusive.

I have a 1934 half crown in NGC MS67. It came in a mint set I paid $200 for several years ago. Sold everything else raw for good money. Wish I still had them.

I was thinking of starting a collection of Ireland and some Scandinavia, but decided I already had enough going on. I am staying with Canada and Latin America for now. Still have the coin though. Thanks.
