Yes. Besides the bold red at the top and bottom of the listing, it also says it in the body, and again in the notice I send out. This used to happen all the time, which is why I added the bold red.

I was just wondering. Do you accept Credit Cards Thru PayPal?
The bidder giving you some trouble over his blindness?
I just declined the payment and let the buyer know.
Don't know yet if this one will be problematic, haven't heard back. In the past, none have been. I just explain the situation and they send either a correct paypal payment, or check/mo.

Because that would require upgrading to a premiere account. With Premiere accounts, Paypal charges a fee on every transaction, whether it be credit card or cash. Since I'm just selling extras and leftovers, I already lose money on the majority of my sales. I have no desire to lose even more.
Edit: Hehe, I just realized that's not a real question.

I think you should take mitigating circumstances into consideration. The buyer may have had problems as a child that are now being expressed by an inability to comprehend auction terms. And just because you lose money on these coins is no reason to permanently scar the fragile psyche of the buyer. Have you cleared your response with DCAM?

you get to take credit cards and you dont have to worry about the 3% charge...
There is no fee if you have only a personal account. Thats the beauty of having only a personal account.
If you accept any credit card payment PayPal automatically upgrades you to a business account and charges like 3% on all payments, credit cards and transfers.

On a personal account, zero. On a premiere account, the same as it is for a credit card payment; something like 3% or so.

Perhaps you could make the notice blink! And then add a background audio (In Russ' own voice!!) "I do not take credit cards through Paypal."
Just curious: since you don't take credit cards, do you at least offer a cash discount?

AARRGGHHH! I just realized that the blink tag only works in Netscape and nobody uses that browser any more. Maybe I'll do scrolling.
