1939 “Victory” Cent

This was found in a batch of mixed U.S. coins. I’m guessing it was worn as a pin either during or after WW2.

50+ years as a numismatist and I've never seen one of those before.
Thanks for showing us something different and new.
Never stop learning.
Probably a one-of-a-kind item made by some individual for their own use.
I have a similar one on a small hanger meant to be worn as a pin. If I can locate it I'll post a photo.
Yours could also have been a stick pin.
The Cent looks to be dated 1931. I like the red, white and blue colored "V" on the obverse.
I also think it was intended to be worn as a pin.

That's different. Unique?

Pretty sure I saw one of those once.
Check with The Penny Lady
Yes, @ThePennyLady has one.
These were made by soldiers during WWII - they would send them to their sweethearts and loved ones back home who would wear them to show support for their soldier.
