Are you going to break it up... or keep intact?
I’m not one to break it up. I would sell it as is if I was to sell it. I see more value with it together as collector. But I know dealers would see more value broken up.

Nice set! Original intact sets are getting hard to find.
Consider that that set is now 64 years old. The percentage of original sets remaining must be very small.
Absolutely. Most have had coins picked out and replaced. If one had a set like a 1953, and the S mint Franklin looked like FBL.... well, some big money could be made. Or a couple of the best toners could be broken out.
Thanks again everyone for the compliments. This is a really cool purchase for me. I enjoyed posting the set so everyone can enjoy it too.
Also my friends/ coin buddy’s were along for the ride in a group text. We were playing a game to see who could figure out what I bought. Revealing clues every so often.

Very nice! Not a lot of original sets left in the wild. I've been hoarding them for the past ten years when I find them looking original like that.

Beautiful set.
I think mine was from 1958.
Not sure it netted anymore money but broke them up because I like them slabbed.
Also felt the toning had reached a point of no return on some of them.

Opened expecting to see something really nice or a link to some horrible eBay auction. Wasn’t disappointed.
Nice color and coins.
Why don’t my coins tone like that? I don’t expect any answers, just frustrating.
Sweet!
