Very nice proof, indeed. I love proofs and buy them whenever possible for my type set. Unfortunately, I don't have a Liberty Seated Proof Dime, but will share a Liberty Seated Dime.

Wanted to share this new arrival. Mintage: 800.
Feel free to jump in with yours!
Thanks to another collectors tip six years ago, I learned that in high grades, it’s often less expensive to buy a low mintage proof coin than a much higher mintage business strike in the same Registry grade equivalent (for example, a PR66CAM = MS67). The cherry on top is the Proof coin will usually have so much nicer eye appeal, with its lustrous mirrors and stronger strike. As such, many of the silver and nickel coins in my various Type Sets utilize Proof coins.
Here’s a few photos of my PR67+CAM Seated Dime w/CAC:
@santinidollar .... That is a very nice proof dime.... Proof coins have always been a favorite of mine....just the luster, mirrors and detail make them so attractive... Some very nice proofs in subsequent posts as well. Cheers, RickO
Mine must have spent decades in a folder to get toning like this. Got it from Northeast early last year and I never get tired of looking at it. Would need a really special coin to replace it in my proof set and I don't see that happening.

Chinese-made counterfeit!!
Just kidding..........I'm just jealous because I don't own any 19th C. U.S. proofs.
Very nice addition to the collection.

What a sweet coin! I’m jealous bud, and nice to see you on this forum! Paddy talked me into it.
Looks close to cameo. What do you think causes it to miss qualifying?

Good to see you, too!
Think I recognize where that 1888 is from. Wondered why it wasn't cameo based on their photos also.
Proof type coins seem like a bargain now. Especially compared to the 1980's and 1990's.
Just looked up Proof-65 non-cameo bid on some old Greysheets.
Jan 1980 was $1500
Jan 1986 was $3750 - still pre-slab days
Jan 1990 was $3200
Even the down market of Jan 1992 it was still $2000
