You have to be fully vaccinated. Seems like a no brainer.

    I agree 100%.

    As far as I know, there are excuses why it is not a HIPPA violation. Our government is saying that they are leaving it up to private businesses to make these demands. So apparently an ostracized , second-tier of society is being formed. But to argue it any further than this is not going to do me any good here, and it's not the place to do it.

    Yeah not worth the ban hammer or timeout really discussing it here.

    I will say, with Europe alone over the past few years we have had to do so much work to comply with GDPR as a global company that it is mind boggling. If this 'breaches' that as an exception...well, throw the baby out with the bath water.
