    Another invisible PCGS slab.

Do you know how expensive it is to get an invisible slab? Ask the Invisible Man or Wonder Women ( she has the jet)? They are both broke now. His bandages were removed and her jet, repossessed! She also had to cough up the Golden Lasso.

Not a scam. People are so quick to throw that word around. Like most of these, they probably just copied a listing and didn't change anything.

The listing is gone now so there's no way to look into it further, but that was my first thought. Does anybody really think the coin in the picture above could be confused with a PCGS MS66RD coin?

Utter nonsense! Lets all just throw stuff up there online and call it anything.

    NOT!

I guess you both missed post #2 ? The one with the HUGE font?

yes, it was a copied listing. they changed the date from 1954 to 1953 and did not even take out the "S"

Not a scam, but a lazy seller that still violated the rules by listing it as a pcgs coin with a grade.

All that does is prove my point. Either lazy or ignorant. I would bet a lot of these (NOT)-scammers don't know what "PCGS" or "MS66" even mean.

MY POINT - IF YOU LIKE CAPS - IS THAT WE KEEP LABELING EVERY MISTAKE AS A SCAM which really obfuscates things. My approach to such errors is to simply quietly contact the seller and point it out to them and see what happens. Others appear to want credit for noticing the error and need to publicly ridicule or label the individual. To what end?

I would have notified the sellers but I'm generally not on ebay these days to buy or sell and haven't reported anything in a long time. (years)

this is one where I could have suggested messaging the seller as I also think it's a lazy seller.

I don't mean my comment to be critical of you.

    Sold.

It doesn’t show as sold. It appears that EBay removed the listing.

No need to apologize (but thank you). We ended up with more than one link in the thread.
