Oh boy, hard to narrow this one down!

Have a bunch of T206's in PSA 2, but this is my favorite pose of the bunch:

I have more than a bunch of Venies that are PSA 2, but here are the HOFers:

One more Yaz item, one of my faves. Pop 2 with none higher:

    Yaz Master Set
    #1 Gino Cappelletti master set
    #1 John Hannah master set

Also collecting Andre Tippett, Patriots Greats' RCs, Dwight Evans, 1964 Venezuelan Topps, 1974 Topps Red Sox

Bazooka box is the only one graded. I can't remember if a 2 with a qualifier is still a 2 or not, but here it is.

    Tim,

What an array of deuces!!! The 56 Koufax was the one that stood out to me.

    Hiya Tim

I always enjoy your Mantle premium collection - those are great 2's!

I don't collect premiums but do like having a few Mantle premiums for my Mantle oddball collection - tho not graded.

I was thinking of starting or checking for a thread on Mantle "Non-Card" items - I've got quite a few.

Here's the 2 premiums I do have (they were purchased many, many years ago; not sure if appreciated - I paid around 90 bucks for each of them):

How bout a PSA 1? Pin hole at top of card above letter "L" in outfield.

    Here’s my “2” starting lineup:

That's pretty amazing to be able to put together a complete lineup from 2s, period, much less the caliber of that one.

    Sadly, I'm just ...

ETA: Pretty sure that's a Double Word Score :D

I may start collecting 2's...all I need to do is buy raw cards that I think are 5s and 6s, and then send to PSA.

    Mike those are great!

Should you ever tire of any of them, I’ve got a warm spot on the couch for them. All and any...

I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I purchased it as an SGC 8 cracked it out and it came back a PSA 4 so I cracked and sub again only to get a 2.5. No obvious reason but something must be going on that I am missing.

Wow, I would have to hold it in hand to have a clue ;) Not suggesting we should meet up or you should send it to me or anything :D A 2.5 from what I can see is just extremely brutal.

I absolutely LOVE these threads. To see what kind of quality you can find out there if you hunt for cards, not grades...my god man there's just not enough time in the day. So impressive.

Great looking cards! A couple of PSA 2’s from my T205 HOF set.

The range in eye appeal of these 2s is astounding - there’s something here for everyone’s tastes. Not knocking anyone’s cards, but just shows how tough it is to predict a grade, especially for a novice like me. Some have sharp corners, some don’t. Some have paper loss, some don’t. Some appear to be 7s or 8s based on the scans, some look like they’re 2s. I know scans don’t reveal everything about a card, but it’s a fascinating look at the wide range of things that can get a card slabbed as a 2.

And regardless if we agree or disagree on top 5 GOAT status, it's not a stretch to say he was transformational to the game. ;) And whatever the bygones TART is
