Your coin is a very common, normal 1975 dime, worth 10 cents. It is not a No-S Proof example from that year. Proof coins look totally different and were sold in sets by the Mint.

I agree with Mark... and the coin has a fair amount of rim damage as well. Cheers, RickO
I agree with Mark also.
Yes, typical dime of the era. At that time Philadelphia did not use the P mint mark.
As stated above, it is not a proof strike and therefore it was intended to not have the S mintmark. Just a common dime.
Minted by the millions.
Common business strike.

A circulated business strike coin, not a proof.
Thanks
i appreciate all of your comments and its nice to be able to ask these questions and learn from people who know about how to identify the different mint errors and what to look for when collecting.. I learn something new everyday and its nice to be able to hear things how they really are without the Bulk$#!+ that is easily found on the web.. Seriously thank you all
I have several of those no "s" Roosevelt dimes laying around my house, are you interested DuRbLIFe214?
Parking lot find. So many.
I happily agree with everyone here, including the OP.
On second thought, maybe not so much so with vplite99 in that I have never found one of these in a parking lot.
