Sure looks like somebody got ripped off here especially when their one review as a seller said the buyer paid them and never received their item.

I don't think you can tell anything from that. The auction was ended by the seller.

It would appear from the first photo that the seller has the coin and is not using hijacked photos.

There were only 2 bidders on this item.
My dumb guess would be the winning bid was a shill/reserve bid so that the seller didn't have to pay for a reserve auction.
