Possible 2020-W (V75) rockefeller DDR

Found this 2020 w privy with what appears to be doubling in the letters Marsh buildings Rockefeller. Any opinions I thought it was machine doubling but there appears to be true doubling

  Difficult to make a conclusion due to the glare from the lighting... My first impression though, is machine doubling. Cheers, RickO

  Mechanical doubling on incuse letters produces what looks like a doubled die. I suspect that's what is happening here.

  I'd say the "R O C" is ROCKEFELLER is from ejection.
