It looks cleaned and AU in the first picture; possibly not cleaned/as high as MS62 in the second one.
Edited to add: I’d trust the first picture more then the second one.

Maybe. But also maybe cleaned. Can't really say anything definitive from that top photo. Looks much more solid in that bottom photo.

A friend needs some money, I suggested a coin shop. They don’t want to.
They also have some gold ingots I’m buying at spot so, I give a lump some and add accordingly

I agree with Mark. Your first obverse photograph makes certain high points look like they may contain wear and your first reverse photo hides the arrows from checking for wear, but your second set of obverse photos do not. So to answer your question, maybe.
