Never had this issue before yesterday, but then it only last a minute. Now today any time I try to access the set registry I get this message. Today it never let me in.

I got that screen but only for a second or two. After that it loaded and is working fine.

Had this message earlier. Just kept exiting page and trying again. Eventually I gained access. This evening tried 7 or 8 times. No luck.

You’ll see it more often as more companies use cloudflare as a first check on browsers. Generally it only happens once but weird things happen sometimes and stuff happens.

When posting about browser issues like this, you should state

    • what type of browser (Chrome, IE, etc.) and
    • hardware (Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, Android)

you are using, because success/failure is probably related to this.

That's likely the browser settings. The more private you make it the more stuff like that you may see. I get that too on this and a couple of other websites and I've only been seeing it since I switched to the Dissenter Browser.

I've been using the same browser & computer for 3 years. Nothing has changed on my end. STILL can't gain access.

It does the same thing with Chrome. I have Windows 7.1 and edge and chrome both. I read there is some issues regarding cloudflare. Hopefully, it will be straightened out soon. Worked fine until yesterday, but at least let me in yesterday after a few minutes. Today, not at all.

Yeah...I posted about that a couple of weeks ago.

All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, a few weeks ago I could no longer access:

I tried a lot of browser tweaks before I complained to PCGS. The IT folks at setregistry@collectors.com tried hard to help but in the end decided the problem was on my side, particularly because I could overcome the problem with another browser. (Problem was with Chrome and Safari...didn't happen with Firefox.)

I changed a couple of things, which is never a good way to isolate a problem. But I did get it fixed with Chrome, ultimately.

    • I returned Chrome settings to "default".
    • I removed all browser extensions.
    • I tweaked router configuration to assign a new IP address (this was within my home network and I doubt it mattered)

I believe these changes are in order of importance.
    Lance.
